Why can't I download Castle Clash on my Lumia 535?

[Windows Central Question]

The store always displays "Pending" or "Downloading" but there is no progress at all. I tried resetting the phone and installing it manually but didnt work. Please help me/

Sounds like a bad wifi connection. Can you try it in a another wifi location.

You said you tried a manual install? What did that say? Did WP Marketplace send the app to your phone?
