My Lumia 930 keeps freezing on the lock screen?

When it happens none of the side buttons work so i'm having to press and hold the power button for 10 secs. I've not installed any apps for weeks (don't have many installed anyway or the fitness one causing issues) so want to know why it is happening and what to do to fix it? I really don't want to hard reset if I don't have to. In respect of the freeze screen its the Bing background (single tap of the power button from standby) but has no power or time details at the top.

You should Hold and press Power button and Volume Up and Down keys at the same time at least 10 to 15 sec or until your phone vibrate ...........

Finally somebody is posting about this... I have the same issue. Every time after not using it for a long time (like a few hours), it freezes. Soft reset brings it back but then again, it freezes after not using it for a long time.
