How to set call voice ?

I have lost tens of coming calls because I have found no way to make the call voice level stay where I have set it. It always goes low, newer up.
Is there some way to set the sound level so that it doesn't change by itself ?

Sounds like your volume button may be stuck.

Test the software by doing a Soft Reset. Hold the Power + Volume Down buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 10 seconds).

Still have the problem? Make a backup and then go to Settings > about > reset your phone. Do not restore your backup. Still have the problem? It is hardware. Seek qualified repair or warranty replacement.

If the problem is gone, reset your phone again and restore your backup. If the problem comes back, it is most likely traceable to one of the last Apps you installed before the issue first occurred.
