Why aren't Windows app developers planning on adding flash transfer to the store?

Xender is highly popular to transfer MB files in secs so app like that is needed in win phone to increase its market and popularity. When it will be available in win store ?

ShareIt is more popular IMO, it's from Lenovo and available on most platform including WP.

I think a lot of devs say "Why yes we are making an App for Windows Phone" just to get some peace and quiet on their Facetwit accounts.
