"scan sd card & fix errors"

My Lumia 525 showing "scan sd card & fix errors" and auto rebooting constantly... I am tiered of removing battery and sd card. Also, did soft reset as well as hard resets, but no use of it. Also, I have used Software Recovery Tool too two times but still not solved. I have formatted sd card too. Once, I have faced "blue screen with sad smile ):" So again I used software recovery tool. please help me.

Did you already try to scan the SD card in your computer. The computer can do a better scan. And what if you use the phone for a while without SD card. My best estimate is that you have a problem with your SD card.

Yes, this defective sd card killed my battery too. I have purchase new battery. No solution still get of sd card scan. Yes, I have try to scan on my pc too bit there it can't detect always ask for format but when try do it its say "can't do formatting on windows flash drive or sd card. What do now?
