Why can't I use Data/Internet or Send/Receive Pics?

Can't Use Data/Internet or Send/Receive Pics

I can use Wi-Fi at home. I cannot use my data for anything at all outside of the house be it at the store, on the road or at work. While I can still use the phone and text and I cannot text pics to anyone or receive pics from anyone. I don't see in my settings where I would be causing this myself, I've paid my bill and have plenty of data on my plan left to use.

If it has never worked, you need to set your APN ans MMS

Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit internet APN and also edit MMS APN
