There really is nothing above to base any help on.

What device? PC? Phone? What OS and version? Has it always been this way? Did it just stop? What changed before it stopped? What have you tried? Soft Reset? Hard Reset? Reinstall the OS? Did you drop it? Was it exposed to temperature extremes?

Honestly we need more information or we could just start guessing wildly and that would probably not help you...
