Aeries- Stuck on Pending

Hey folks, is anyone else experiencing issues installing Aeries for twitter? I have been stuck on pending for days now trying to reinstall the app. Every other app I download install fine except this app. I've tried everything. Clearing old app data, soft reset, Wi-Fi, mobile data, clearing of temp files etc. It's even this way after a hard reset. I've reached out to the dev but he stated it must be the store.

I'm having the same problem with Zynga's CSR racing. Starts to download then gets stuck on pending. Other apps dl fine. Can't figure this one out?
