Why is my headphone doesnot sound in Nokia lumia 1520?

I am using Nokia Lumia 1520 and I cannot hear sound from headphone but the phone sounds even when I connect headphones. There is no any symbols of connected headphone in screen. I have tried all the options like resetting, audio settings and restarting the phone. Is there any problem with audio flex or audio transmission?
