How can i turn off my OTA update to wp10 preview?

i tried to install wp10 but unfortunately t stuck at 60% 'preparing to install'.... how do i cancel the update now!!!!!! or how do i unregister myself from the windows insider program. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

You will probably need to hard reset.

How long has the phone been stuck for? This build does take quite some time to install..

To leave the insider program, log in to insider.windows.com and use the "Leave Program" link right at the bottom of the web page.
