Had screen replaced in my 1020

Had my screen replaced in my 1020 and now it doesn't work as it did. It now crashes and just goes blank or fussy and cant soft reset it...should I do a hard reset? Or send it back to the repairer? And how do I do a hard reset?

Hard reset can be done from powered off > hold the Volume Down and tap power > release Volume Down when the exclamation screen appears (!) > now tap in order Volume Up / Volume Down / Power / Volume Down > you should see the spinning gears.

If that does not solve your issues, yeah... Take it back to the repair shop.

Update...hard reset didn't work...so took it back to repair and found it was a dud screen put the crack one back in and works again! So have to wait for another replacement screen to arrive
