Program pinned to taskbar is now stuck there?

I pinned Diablo 2 to my taskbar, and the only option I have is to "Pin to Taskbar", which upon clicking causes the same option to go invisible until I restart my computer. Any trick to remove it? Thanks!

Edit: I use Windows 10 TP. ONLY option is to pin or run.

Dont you get the "Unpin from Taskbar" option? You should though...

Does it happen only with the Diablo 2 game?
Pretty strange. Well, Im on Win 8.1 I hope someone senior responds to you and helps you fix this issue.
Try a reboot or something. D
