How do you text in chinese on the Nokia Lumia 710?

I want to type in traditional Chinese characters using HanYu PinYin.

Installing the PinYin keyboard and making it default would be the immediate answer... I feel that is too obvious and thus not really the answer you are looking for.

It supports WP 7.5 and can create PinYin (maybe to copy/paste also???) pictures to send over MMS
