touch setting not working in lumia 620

in my lumia 620 touch setting is not working after doing a os updat 8.10.14219.341 why?
how can i overcome that?
help me please...

I presume you already did a soft reset and are reluctant to do a hard reset.
See below link and try if this works. You basically uninstall the "touch" and then install it again with the SysApp Pusher.

If above does not work you could try a hard reset because there was probably a glitch during the update.
