How do I disable text to speech over bluetooth with Windows Mobile 10 10134?

I connect my phone to bluetooth in my car for music and whenever I get a text message, the music pauses and Cortana kicks in asking if I want to have her read the message or ignore it. Since my vehicles also offer this option as well (which I've disabled), I'd really like to turn this feature off completely. In 8.1 it was easy to disable this feature, but I can't find it in 10.

Any ideas?

I found in in Cortana's settings which can be accessed through the search app, and then through the notebook, it should them be towards the bottom
