Why doesnt my wifi wont turn on my phone??

Hi, i have a Nokia 830 on the windows 10 preview, and i guess it recently updated by itself to a new windows 10 preview update. and right now when i try to turn on my wifi it wont turn on and say try again later or restart your phone(even though i did it like 10 times) so idk what to do?? any help????

my mob is 925 and Same thing with me , and the quiet hours is blinking even the cellular data is not accessible

Same with my L920. Got updated automatically, though auto updates were set to "off".

At first no way to access wifi or mobile data, but now, phone's completely broken. Can't even go to the home screen. Always in lock screen & sometimes it's all black with only the battery symbol at the top.
