If I want to update windows phone 8.1 to Windows 10 T.P then Should I need Class 10 Memory card ?

No, the updating with the help of a SD card is not yet supported in W10.

Did you expect a different answer? :amaze: The answer we have and which we know is working for most users.. downgrade to 8.1 and upgrade to the new build.. This is time consuming and you will lose some data...
