Cortana not working on build 10149 help

I just got the new build yesterday night but Cortana does not Work. It shows up as search in the apps list when i go into it its disable i go to Cortana setting turn it on but it does not go on. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this build seems good compared to the other but i miss Cortana following My interest. Any advice will be appreciated thanks.

Same issue here. Region and keyboard are both set to US but the toggle to turn Cortana on is greyed out.

I found out how to get it to work. Go to ease of access then more options put text scaling down and it will let you agree to cortana terms.
