Where did the voicemail go in build 10149?

I upgraded to Windows Insider Preview Build 10149, on a Lumia 830 (AT&T) and now when I click on phone, it just brings up the phone dialer. It does not give me the history, nor does it show my voicemails. They are just gone. Nothing to swipe over to, just shows the dialer. Anyone know where this went?

This happened to me. Unpin the phone from the start menu, swipe to all apps, and pin Phone back to start. Open it and everything should show up normally again.
