Will windows 10 be launched for Cynogen on ROM?

Since Windows devices already plenty fast despite it's spec why don't you get some current Lumia Flagship?

Outlook instead of Gmail
Bing search in place of Google Search

etc.

It is not a collaboration to allow porting of Windows Mobile over to Cyanogen OEM devices.
