Why does my lumia 925 crash during installing windows 10 mobile?

- Previous version installed on phone: 8.1 update 2
- pre install finished, but after the phone rebooted and you see the installing screen with the radars it crashes and reboots again and again.

Hi Martsicky, I too had a similar problem. I tried Windows recovery tool, but it fails to detect my phone. Please advise further.

yea guys this is a common problem were the windows recovery tool seem to fail to detect the phone. all you need to do is to click the "phone not being detected" link and hey presto it will pick it up!!
