Why L535 doesn't have HD playback?

Even though sporting 1GB of RAM the Lumia 535 can't play HD videos while the Lumia 625 can record Full HD videos and also has FHD playback. Why?

The Snapdragon 200 used in the bargain bin Lumia phones of this generation doesn't have quite enough horsepower to play 1080p videos.

RAM isn't a major factor in this case.
The Snapdragon S4 processor in the 625 and other low end devices of that generation is more powerful/can handle the higher volume of data.
