Hi there, I am a new Lumia user. When I tried to add the Chinese keyboard in 'All settings' - 'time + languages' - 'keyboard', it turned up 'Chinese keyboard, Preparing download...'. This showed in grey. Then nothing occurred.
I checked wifi connection and the rest settings, they seemed all normal. I do not know why the download did not happen. When I tapped it, it showed up 'Remove' option only.
Could anyone tell me how to solve the problem? Many thanks in advance.
