Is GDR2 for Lumia 930 no more available after 10149 release?

Windows Central Question

If I try to search for updates after restoring WP 8.1 GDR1 the system finds only the WP10 newest build without the possibility to install the GDR2 first, is that possible? Thanks. Simon
