What stuff does Cortana require to track my flight? I have forwarded email with .pdf boarding pass in my mailbox, but when I ask her "what's my plan for tomorrow?", she can't tell me about my flight. So what else do I need to make her recognizing my flight? Thank you.

Hit the search button, tap the three lines in the top right corner of the search screen to enter Cortana's Notebook. Choose interests and make sure trip planner is turned on in the travel section.

Cortana hasn't tracked my flights for months now.

It just mysteriously stopped recognizing them.

Sometimes when I manually add my flights through search, it will pop up like it found through my email as well but rarely.

It really bothers me because I fly so much.

How do I add through search button?

There is a certain hypertext markup that needs to be in the email for Cortana to identify it and start the tracking.

Also the sources she uses to track are only good for about 4 days out...

I found this workaround to be good. organic fertilizer: misc: flying with cortana

There are problems beyond that, because it used to work... now it doesn't.

I almost exclusively fly Delta and I haven't noticed any changes in their emailed receipts or notifications.
