Activation sms

Hello.
I try to get my google drive to work on my lumia 630, and google sending me an activations sms but i do not receive any sms. I have the same problem with my new installed Viber acount. I can receive sms messages from others, like family and friends

There may be several factors that cause this, but one of the most common is having the wrong country code or including the number "0" in front of the main mobile number.

For example:
In my country, the country code is +63. Let's say a mobile phone number is 09171234567. This usually becomes +639171234567 where the "0" is replaced by the country code. This number may not be the same as +6309171234567 at all times.

Note: the mobile number used above is an arbitrary number, not mine though it may belong to someone else. The number is readily producible, as it is 1234567.
