Should my Lumia735 on Windows10 preview build 10149 support Hey Cortana?

[Windows Central Question]

I'm using a Lumia735. Started fresh in Win8.1, and set language settings to US English for language, region, speech and keyboard. Upgraded to Windows 10 tech preview build 10149.

I cannot get Hey Cortana to work. There's no setting for it that I can find, and Cortana does not offer to learn how to recognize my voice.

Am I missing a step here?

You need a better chipset for Hey Cortana.

The 80x chipset. Like the Icon, L930 and L1520 have. Or the new flagships.
