Win 10 mob 10149 mp4 video streaming

I internet explorer in wp8.1 there was an option to open or download mp4 video but on edge it opens the video and says invalid source then downloads html file instead of that video.. I tried uc browser and it opened the video.. I could hear the sound no shuttering but the video itself was going like 1f per 1 min.. Could you help me any sol for this or i have to roll back to 8.1
