How to adjust Brightness in Win 10 10159 ?

I just clean installed windows 10 build 10159 on my HP Pavilion laptop. Updated graphic drivers etc all. Still can't find how to adjust screen brightness. The battery icon has brighntess toggle,but its always grey.
By default the screen is @full brightness, causing battery to discharge very soon.
The "Fn + F2/F3 " combo isn't working as well. While other shortcut combo like volume slider etc working.

Any solution guys ?

Not sure how to reduce brightness ...but you can use a small piece of software called Dimmer to reduce strain for those eyes of urs(It basically puts a black shade on the entire screen) handy tool..... I would check both modern and native control panel for brightness..
