Why can't I reboot my phone?

I can't reboot my phone

I an not able to connect my phone NSU for retail 4.3.2. It is showing window stating to hold the volume down and power until the phone vibrates and then to click ok again and again. What to do?

The software is probably not detecting the phone. Things you can do:

- use different software (windows phone recovery tool)
- use different cables
- use a different laptop/pc
- try a hard reset with button combination

If all else fails then the problem isn't software but internal hardware
