Modern Combat 5 controller issue

I started to use my Xbox wired controller for my PC, and when I used it for asphalt 8, everything worked great. When I use it for Modern Combat 5, I can't get the right trigger to work to shoot, but the left one works to aim. And theres nothing wrong with my controller, I checked. Any ideas?
