WP8.1: Why can't I access Advanced menu within Keyboard Settings?

WP8.1: Can't access "Advanced" menu within Keyboard Settings

I had to hard reset my Lumia 830 (WP 8.1) today (from WP10 preview) and, after that, I've been trying to access the "Advanced" keyboard settings (to set the comma on) and, when I tap the button, it goes back to the previous screen.

The same is happening to my Lumia 930.

I think it has something to do with keyboard restore. It restores data from Windows 10 to WP8.1. I have swipe keyboard PT-PT after reverting from W10 which I didn't have before upgrading. And for that reason there may be a problem to access advance keyboard settings.

Reboot or soft reset do not help.

Anything? I have the same issues on mu 920. Same thing. i rolled back from win10 win insider with windows recovery tool. Anyone got this solved?
Soft reseting didnt worked. nor hard reset.
