Is there any navigation app with legs/waypoints?

Using WP 8.1 and I would like to link various legs of trip and save them separately and evaluate which combination suits my needs better.
In order to do that you need to set up way-points and then link them in the way you want so as to evaluate trip times, difficulty of routing...etc.

I am a motorcycle traveler in a foreign land.
