System memory is increasing

My Lumia 640 XL system memory is increasing and now it is 5.69 GB . I soft reset my phone twice but the memory is still increasing.

I had that problem a few times on my 1520. It would grow till I ran out of space. I made up to arond 9-10 gb of system storage. Only fix I found was to hard reset.

Once all restored it was down to normal for a bit.

The only thing I can think of is some sort of logging run wild.
