When does Microsoft estimate that IOS ported apps will start being available?

I have an HTC One M8 running Windows and love the phone and OS, but, in order for me to stay with it, I really need some of the IOS apps to be made available otherwise, regrettably, I'll have to switch back. I'm not even talking about "niche" apps. I'm talking mainstream like Chase Bank, and JetBlue, and CVS.

there's no guarantee. on launch day? months later?
they're leading the horse (devs) to water, but they can't make them drink. (port their apps)
they just made it a lot easier to do, which has many excited.
