Why do I get constant Get Media Now messages?

Constant "Get Media Now" Messages

I keep receiving messages from various people that I have recently texted that say "Get Media Now (2kb)". I don't know why but I receive them instead of what the people text me. If I restart my phone it will fix itself for the moment but it eventually goes back to the "Get Media Now". It is normally regular text messages with text only by the way, no pics or videos.
If anyone knows how to make this stop please help,

Do you have a T-Mo branded phone now unlocked and on another service?

If yes, delete the T-Mo WiFi Calling App.
