Windows Mobile build 10166 WIFI, Bluetooth, Start screen ISSUES

[Windows Central Question]

i recently upgraded to Windows Mobile build 10116 from windows phone 8.1 on Lumia 1520. N.B. this is my first build. Here are my known issues.

(1) The WiFi doesn't work
(2) I can't access my apps
(3) Start screen is blank but keeps loading.......

Did you give it 20 mins left alone to do it's thing to start off with? I have none of those problems.
