Why my Lumia 735 RM-1038 does not work with 4G in the US?

I have a T-Mobile plan but the 4G doesn't seem to work

If those are correct bands then it won't work with T-Mobile US LTE frequencies.

735 RM-1039 is the model that works with U.S. T-Mobile 4GLTE.

WCDMA network: Band 1 (2100 MHz), Band 2 (1900 MHz), Band 5 (850 MHz)
LTE FDD network: Band 13 (700MHz), Band 2 (1900 MHz), Band 4 (1700/2100 MHz)
CDMA network bands: BC1 (1900 MHz), BC0 (800 MHz)
