I need your help. Sometimes i hear a short Sound in the Background (Win 8.1) (maybe like an electric bell), where does it come from?
When i?m playing steam games (for example Metro 2033 Redux), the Mouspointer from Windows appears in the game (rotating circle) at this moment when this sound comes. This bother me. It appears randomly, maybe all 5 till 10 Minutes. Is it from steam or a Windows sound, or from Google Chrome? But it comes also when Chrome or steam are closed, but this programms surely work in the background.
I nearly searching now 3 Days for the origin of this sound,... without sucsess. Thanks in advance. Please excuse my bad english.
