Windows Central Question

I have had a problem now for about 2 weeks with my PC randomly turning itself on and sitting on the login screen. Happens at all different times of day/night and days of the week. For instance, just happened today about an hour ago. I signed in when I noticed it on and my screen resolution was messed up and I was like wtf.

I checked windows updates and it said there was a new driver for my graphics card that had been installed and a reboot was necessary. I'm assuming when it came on and was sitting in the login screen, it downloaded and installed new drivers?

I've checked for the "WAKE ON LAN" option in my UEFI. My board doesn't support that. I've checked my cables for bends or shorts and nothing there. This is a new PC built about 3 weeks ago and I did an install of Windows 10 Preview. I'd hate to go back to Windows 7 just to see if it is the problem but I'm unsure what to do. I've even checked the command prmpt "powercfg -last wake" and got nothing. Also in Device Manager I went to my broadband adapter and turned off the Wake on Lan option that it has. Still didn't prevent this random boot-up.

Any help or comments would be great!
Cheers,
James
