If i download a tv series from XBOX Live to my computer can I transfer it to my phone?

I recently started using xbox live and downloaded an entire series of a tv program onto my pc. I wish to watch that series on my windows phone but don't want to have to download the whole series onto my phone or stream it online. Is there a way to transfer the file across? If I try and add it in Window's phone app it will not allow it due to DRM regulations.
