Why can't I install any apps in my Nokia Lumia 521?

I bought my phone a year ago and it was working fine, I could install and uninstall apps. But I can't do that in the past two months. I reset my phone but it still has the problem. What can I do?

When I try to install any app, appears a message that says "We're having trouble installing this app.... tap Retry. If you're trying to update an existing app........ need to uninstall the app then install it again".

I've done that, I uninstalled a couple of apps but I couldn't install them again. Today I reset from factory my phone, but the problem still persists.

Are your date & time correct? Do you have enough memory? When you reset, did you restore from a backup? If so, did those apps reinstall?

Date and time are correct. I didn't have enough memory, and after the reset I do have more than 4Gb. I didn't backup my information before reseting my phone. I was hopping to reinstall all apps from the store, but as you know, I can't.

Region and language are all copasetic, I assume. Have you tried installing from the WP page?
