Why is my ImagineCup account still not deleted??

[WPCentral Question]

On the official web page it says that I have to contact Imagine Cup Program Team, if I want my account deleted. I wrote to them one month ago. They didn't even reply when I sent the second email. What is going on? Should I really go "public" before there will be a reaction?

I am sad to say that, but ignorance compiles very well with Microsoft's reputation...
