How do I lessen system memory?

Im using the 730, its already 4.21 gb. Used to be smaller. I usually delete my history and it works, but sometimes it doesnt. Anything can i do?

Back up your content and perform a hard reset

Also, use the File Explorer app from Microsoft to see if there are any files that you've overlooked.
