Did they remove Taylor Swift's "1989" album when switching to Goove Music?

I recently saw the album available to buy (not stream) on the Xbox Music store, however I don't see it in the new Windows 10 Store or in Groove Music. It wouldn't be a surprise to me if it was removed.

Still shows up in the Xbox music app on my win8 phone. For purchase, download, and streaming. (I have the Xbox music pass.)
