I activated visual voicemail then accidentally deleted the phone icon now I cannot get the screen to unlock, what should I do?

activated visual voicemail then accidently deleted phone icon now cannot get screen to unlock

phone comes on but visual speaking is on and i have to tap to activate each window only want to get back to phone icon

That is not Visual Voicemail... You have activated Narrator. Here is the Help Page including turning it off: https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/...lization/use-narrator-on-my-phone?signin=true

You cannot delete core apps such as phone. It may not be on your start screen, but you can pin it there again from your app list.
