Where is the reserve button on the Windows 10 reservation app?

Windows Central Question

I've managed to open the Windows 10 reservation app, but there is no "Reserve your free upgrade" button present anywhere throughout the slides. Does this mean I missing out on certain requirements to reserve Windows 10?
