File transfer without Wi-Fi network

Hey there,

I am using moto g(L) and lumia 640(8.1)

I want to transfer my data from android to windows phone..

Is that there any app which works without Wi-Fi on both platforms.? (because i dont have Wi-Fi router either pc)

Install shareit app on both phones. Turn ON hotspot in your android. Connect the Lumia to that hotspot. Open the app and share files.

Try dukto work great than easy transfer.all you need is to create WiFi hotspot in your moto g and connect your wp to that network.open dukto and select your another device then send files.

Yup

Transfer my data app only transfer my contacts not even messages

I really don't care for that i can sync gmail to get this stuff(contacts etc)

I need this to transfer my music and podcasts
