Why is my phone lagging while scrolling the start screen ?

Windows Central Question

I recently updated my lumia 640xl to the latest available update. After its installation I observed a slight stutter whenever i quickly scrolled the start menu, I don't know why this is happening. Does anyone have a solution for this ?
