Does anyone know if an unlocked AT&T Nokia Lumia rm983 would work on the mobilicity network?

My intel says no. Mobilicity, like Wind, needs that 1700 MHz (band 4 AWS) on the 3G and RM-983 does not have it.

There is no LTE so GSM/2G is all you would get. I don't think that meets the expectation of the OP.

Well it'll still work...albeit on 2G speeds.
